🚀 STEAM + Maker Camp Ages: 5–13 Where Creativity, Innovation, and Imagination Come to Life! Get ready for an unforgettable week of creativity, building, and discovery at STEAM Studio3’s STEAM + Maker Camp—where every child becomes a creator, engineer, artist, and problem-solver! This hands-on, high-energy camp is designed to ignite curiosity and inspire young minds through exciting, project-based experiences that blend science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Each day, students will explore new challenges that encourage them to think, design, build, and create in a fun and supportive environment. Campers will dive into a variety of engaging activities, including: ✨ Coding & beginner programming ✨ Paper engineering & creative construction ✨ Building challenges using hands-on materials ✨ Stop-motion animation & storytelling ✨ Light-up creations with paper circuits ✨ Story + STEAM challenges that bring ideas to life From designing structures to creating animated stories and interactive projects, students will be fully immersed in the creative process. 🎨 What Makes This Camp Special At STEAM + Maker Camp, students don’t just follow directions—they think, explore, and innovate. 📌 STEAM Studio3 Booking Policies 📅 Booking Policy All classes, workshops, and camps at STEAM Studio3 must be booked in advance through our online system. Full payment or required deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis Bookings close 24 hours before the start time unless otherwise noted Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability Please Note: A confirmation email will be sent after booking. If you do not receive one, please contact us. 💳 Payment Policy We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure online booking system. Payment is required to confirm all bookings Prices include materials unless otherwise stated Any add-ons ☀️ STEAM Studio3 Summer Camp Policy (Ages 5–13) 🧒 Age Requirements Camp is designed for children ages 5–13 Children must be able to participate independently in a group setting ⏰ Camp Hours Standard Camp: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Optional: Before Care: Begins at 8:00 AM After Care: Available until 5:00 PM 📝 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Prompt drop-off and pick-up is required A valid ID may be required for authorized pick-up Only individuals listed on the registration form may pick up a child Late Pick-Up Fee: A fee of $1 per minute will be charged after the scheduled pick-up time. 🥪 Food & Snacks Campers must bring a nut-free lunch and water bottle daily Snacks may be provided (depending on the program) 👕 What to Bring Comfortable clothing (projects may get messy) Closed-toe shoes recommended Reusable water bottle 🌡️ Health & Safety Please do not send your child if they are sick Parents/guardians will be contacted if a child becomes ill during camp STEAM Studio3 maintains a safe, supervised, and creative environment at all times 📸 Photo & Media Release Photos and videos may be taken during camp for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for STEAM Studio3 to use images unless a written opt-out is provided. ⚠️ Behavior Expectations We are committed to a positive, respectful environment. Campers are expected to follow directions and treat others with respect Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from camp No refunds will be issued for behavioral dismissals 🔥 Weather & Emergency Policy (Houston-Specific) Outdoor activities will be limited due to extreme heat In case of severe weather or emergencies, parents will be notified immediately Adjustments may be made to ensure student safety
